Fuck it, while I'm at it, here's one from a few weeks ago.
Daemon Foetal Harvest - I've heard these guys before. They didn't really have a good sound, I had trouble making out what they were playing a lot of the time. Could have been because they had to set up in front of the main kit, this always seems to mess with the support bands. Being someone who likes to go and see the whole show, this really shits me.
Dred - I missed them.. I was chatting.. Sorry.
Killrazer - I saw them support Dismember (last July.. seriously?! Time flies!) and they had to set up in front of the main kit. I thought they were awesome then but this time, they were superb! They could have been the headline act and I would have been satisfied, as it was, they were the perfect band to warm up for Malevolent with.
MALEVOLENT CREATION - If you missed this, you suck! Disappointingly, there weren't many people there. I hoped this wouldn't affect their performance, and it didn't, at all! They were brilliant. They played a good balance of tracks with some of the slower tracks like The fine art of murder, which was pleasantly surprising. The whole set was pretty much perfect. Decent guys too.
I hear they had some serious bad luck on this tour right from the start and ending with the Qld show being canceled, so I don't know what the chance of another tour is but I'll definitely see them again if they come back.

Yeah, fucking Java. Yet they are really trying to hook it as a tourist destination. I wonder why?
